Thank goodness for this breakfast spot. I'm sad that I didn't find this place sooner. The portions are perfect, the food is absolutely delicious, non-greasy, and nutritious. I was delighted to see that my meal came with griddle toast. The veggie omelette is super yummy and the almond milk matcha latte is pure perfection. This is the breakfast spot to go to in Ann Arbor for sure.

I was really craving chocolate chip pancakes so I decided to give first bite a try. There wasn't a wait when I got there but seating was limited due to the size of the restaurant. The pancakes were solid but the server forgot the maple syrup which wasn't ideal. But they did let me add banana to my pancakes. I also got a cup of drip coffee which I could have gone without. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

My husband had lunch (Beanie Bowl) & I had breakfast (Classic eggs & toast) and it was a fantastic experience. We wish we lived here so we can come back every day. I appreciate their organic ingredients and attention to customer service.

The omelettes are no joke! Serious portions, tasty food, and lots of options if you want vegan , vegetarian, or gluten free. The vibrant veggie omelette was excellent. The spinach was mature and actually tasted like spinach instead of crunchy water. The fingerling potatoes had a beautiful aroma of rosemary, and the strawberry jam for the toast was divine. Excellent!!!

First Bite has never disappointed me. The owner is amazing and truly cares about the experience, the food, and the relationships. We've been 3 or 4 times, and every time he is there, he remembers us. Super cool, and their mission is fantastic. One of my favorite Ann Arbor spots for brunch!

Coming from someone not concerned about eating healthy, the food was awesome and healthy! Price to portion size was also very good. I was just passing through, but if I'm back in the area, I would eat here again.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! The French toast was the perfect sweetness and flavor for me. That was my top dish from our experience. Pictures are two single pancakes Recommend: French Toast, Banana Walnut pancake Don’t recommend: sweet potatoes, blueberry pancakes (not enough blueberries for me)

Pretty mediocre experience. I understand the food is supposed to be catered as a "healthier" restaurant but it did not seem up to par in taste compared to other places, even more so considering the price. The sunshine bowl was good but the masala omelette was quite bland. We also had to wait on part of an order for over 30 minutes because they forgot it TWICE. I will say the coffee was very good but I don't think that I will come back again.
